Begin! On
Saturday, April 3, 2010 we will host our 12th
Annual Bowlathon to raise financial support for employment and adult
day programs serving individuals with disabilities.

Gold Medal Sponsor
$3,000 includes up to 5
teams with 5 bowlers on each team; chips & salsa; pizza & soda;
premium goodie bags for each bowler including an event t-shirt;
Reception at 3:00 p.m. in Ozzie’s Bar; snack bar credit for each
team; recognition at Opening Ceremonies, signage at event and
recognition on event materials; press releases & pictures to local
media after the event; 3 free opportunity prize drawing tickets per
bowler.
Silver Medal Sponsor $2,000 includes up to 3 teams with 5 bowlers on each team; chips & salsa;
pizza & soda; premium goodie bags for each bowler including an event
t-shirt; Reception at 3:00 p.m. in Ozzie’s Bar; snack bar credit for
each team; recognition at Opening Ceremonies. signage at event and

Bronze Medal Sponsor $1,000
includes up to 2 teams with 5 bowlers on each team; chips & salsa;
pizza & soda; premium goodie bags for each bowler including an event

each team; recognition at Opening Ceremonies, signage at event; and

As you know our
building faces the 405 Freeway at the Euclid Street exit: 330,000
cars drive by our building each day. Gold and Silver Medal Sponsors
will be recognized on a banner on the Elwyn building as an event
sponsor following the Bowlathon event.
Proceeds from
the Bowlathon allow us to fill gaps in services and improve
equipment & facilities where government funding falls short. The
state fiscal crisis has had a dramatic impact on the people we serve
and we need your support now more than ever. Thanks for your

Special Bowlathon Guest
Elwyn is excited to announce that former Professional Baseball
player,
Jay Johnstone
will attend Bowlathon. Just in Ca, Jay played for the Dodgers,
Angels, Padres & Oakland As. There were 4 other teams over a
span of 20 years in the Major leagues, something few other
players accomplished. Jay has many accomplishments to his
credits including 4 World Series rings, broke records, has
authored books and this year, Jay will host a new sports show
for radio and TV. He is an Honorary Rotarian and works with over
400 nonprofits for fundraisers. Jay was also well known in the
League for his pranks. We have no doubt that Jay will bring a
lot of spirit to the event! More
